Bigger Is Better In 2015 Chevrolet Suburban

Written by Ann M. Job | Posted on The Detroit News

Bigger is better this year in Chevrolet’s largest sport utility vehicle, the Suburban.

The expansive, 19-foot-long vehicle was refreshed for its 80th year on the market, with more engine power, best-in-class fuel economy, more features, a surprisingly quiet interior and more comfortable — and larger, of course— seats. It was restyled, too, with a decidedly formal look.

But some things remain the same, such as its rugged truck-based platform, making the Suburban stand out among today’s three-row SUVs. It also is among the few SUVs to still offer up to nine seats.

2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Road Test

Written by Mark Takahashi | Posted on http://www.edmunds.com/dodge/challenger/2015/road-test.html
Every Dodge Challenger gets a significant makeover for 2015, and one version goes completely, supersonically 707-horsepower insane. That nutty one is the SRT Hellcat: a supercharged exaggeration of the resurrected Challenger that's been in production since 2008. It's not only the most powerful Dodge ever made, it's the most powerful production muscle car made. Ever.

On regular Challengers the styling updates for 2015 are inspired by the 1971 Challenger; the grille features spilt elements and the taillights are now separate LED units.

So that’s where Ford put the Performance Shift Light Indicator.

For decades, race drivers have used shift lights that signal the perfect engine speed for the shift point for maximum acceleration and lower lap times during the intensity of on-track driving.

Shift lights allow drivers to concentrate on the road in front of them rather than watching a tachometer.
