Everyone talks about going green, but Chrysler Group has been green for years. Organic fluids and recycled Levis are just a drop in the bucket of environmentally friendly finds at Chrysler.

Take the 2013 Dodge Dart. The fact that the Aero model will achieve at least 41 mpg on the highway already puts the car among the leaders in fuel-efficiency. Besides being packed with safety features and technology, the Dodge Dart is earth friendly.

The 2013 Dodge Dart's carpets and mats are made from 100% recycled plastic, including pop and milk bottles. The trunk floor insulation material is also made from reclaimed products, including recycled blue jeans. If you look closely, you can see the little bits of jeans and other recycled clothing in the insulation. The Dart also bleeds green, but in the form of purple anti-freeze, which lasts 150,000 miles or 5 years.
