Dodge will unveil updated versions its muscle car tandem — the Charger and Challenger — next week at the New York International Auto Show, Chrysler said Monday.

The Charger and Challenger represent the Dodge image as a performance car brand, but neither car has been updated for several years. In 2013, Charger sales increased 0.6% to 98,336, making it Dodge’s second-best selling model behind the Grand Caravan. Challenger sales were essentially flat, edging up 0.3% from 2012 to 51,462.

The Challenger will be “new from the inside out for 2015,” and features a new powertrain combination, Chrysler said in a statement.
